Waffle House in Atlanta

The service this morning was not so good. My order was wrong.

I love the lay out of the restaurant. I have been to a few in the past 3 years but this is my favorite.

You can't go wrong with Waffle House

The waitress was horrible she got my order wrong then she wanted to confront me about what she thought she said. Her name is Aubree. They ran out of pork chops so she tried to substitute it with freezer burned chicken. The Waffle House off of I-85 frontage earned this bad review. Bad food and bad service. Dont do it to yourself. I Just threw everything I ate back up avoid this place for your own health. Plus i asked for double hash browns she messed that up as well. There was suppose to melted cheese on top of it. Yeah i got two Kraft singles thrown on top.

If you find an off peak time you might get good service.

My go-to on my day off , the potatoes were nice and warm also the coffee was fresh and good

I visit the restaurant about 4:30 a.m. Great customer service friendly staff food was fresh and really good I had the blueberry waffles they are amazing. Security sits outside door

Horrible experience at this Clairmont Location at 11am on a Tuesday. My husband and I went here and we were the only one's sitting inside, yet our waitress took my order and then walked off (not asking my guy what he was having at all). I had to get her to come back and complete the order. Then she brought me an open creamer in the stack of creams to go in my coffee. Ugh. Then my husband's order had no onions on anything when he asked for onions and his cheese wasn't melted on his patty melt. And my toast was burnt to a crisp with the burnt sides facing down (instead of them just redoing it). We didn't even feel like going through the motions or re-cooking everything... Then they accidentally over-charged us for $22 too much and I had to get them to fix it. That place was a total cluster-f***. Just, ugh!

The service and food here are great, very welcoming environment!

Normal Waffle House experience. I had take out & it was quick.

I called 500 times to this place for a takeout, they never answered the phone and I decided to go in person. When I got there the two guys were outside of the restaurant and just told me that the grill was getting cleaned and they couldn’t place any order for the next hour which I think it’s too long for a grill to get cleaned. I looked inside and nobody was cleaning the grill or even inside the restaurant and when I asked they guy why didn’t pick up the phone he just started laughing and didn’t give me a straight answer.

I have been turned away twice because this Waffle House was “closed” late at night. Never been more disappointed in a Waffle House than I have with this one. Bad for the brand.

The staff was super nice. One dude even complimented my car 🤜🔥🤛

Customer service was A1 as soon as I walked in the door. All I wanted was a pecan pie heated up with butter. They did it right unlike one of their sister companies... I would DEFINITELY go back

The need to open up in rochester I'll spend life there

One of the best ones around! And when you have a chance encounter with a friend from the neighborhood and his brothers and sisters visiting from out of town, you know you are in the right place. Get some waffles, what else!, they are the best ones in town. Sit on the bar if you can also use a little friendly chat with the nice folks who prepare your food to help nurture your body and your soul..

Super friendly and fast. The food was awesome, poached eggs just right, the grilled chicken sandwich juicy and hot, and the waffle was classic. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.

Naomi at this Waffle House has to be one of the best WH employee’s I’ve come across. It was pretty busy when I was there and she always approached us with a smile and remained very efficient. Held a pleasant conversation, was funny and made sure we were satisfied with our visit. She’s a star employee and I will definitely be coming back. She deserves acknowledgment from management.

0 stars if i could. Hasebrowns rock hard then somebody made it their buisness to flood my steak omlete with salt every bite taste like a spoon of salt and i dont even eat salt awful exsperience

I've reviewed Waffle Houses before, but I prefer to consider them as individual restaurants since quality can vary so wildly from location to location.The Clairmont Road WH is one of the best I've encountered.Tables were clean, service was prompt and friendly, and drink refills we're frequent without being intrusive.I ordered the cheese-steak hash brown bowl with two over-easy eggs on top. That's a special order since that meal usually comes with scrambled eggs, but everything was cooked beautifully and quickly.Special thanks to Yolanda.

They silence their phones at night. If you want takeout I suggest you call in to another Waffle House location.

The omelets and hashbrowns were delicious. The waitresses were so kind and attentive.

I would give it 0 stars if I could for their customer service!!’ Went there twice and got terrible service from the waitress who worked at 11:00 pm on 2/3.2020 We tried to call in an order before and no one picked up- I would think that they are busy but when we came in we called the phone again to see if anyone would pick it up and the same waitress ignored the call. When confronting her about what happened she made fun of us and disregarded the situation and laughed!! Came in again because it was close to my house and got even worse service. When mentioning potential bad review, we received no apologies and Were made fun of. I understand that WH doesn’t have the highest standards of hires however we expect to be at least served our food in a respectful manner. We don’t expect 5 star service but we expect decency.. this is pathetic. Please take care of this ASAP! We will filing a complaint with a corporate office as well-

For it to be a busy restaurant the employees working there this morning on 9/16 they really handled their business. The restaurant was very very busy. None of the employees had attitude or looked stress. They all had smiles on faces. They were well organized. No one order was mixed up. Everything I ordered was in the bag. The food was perfect. The bacon was cooked not raw looking. Great customer service. Great teamwork. I will be back. It's my favorite Waffle House now.

WaHo is an American classic and this location did a great job! Very friendly staff and the establishment was clean and ran efficiently.

Great quick serve breakfast location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I suggest the All Star if you are looking to enjoy a solid full breakfast. Ask for the waffle dark. They have honey and syrup

Good service and gopd food.. To be an older W/H #489 W/H store #is up in the #2000 current date. This one really appears to be as clean as a new one thanks W/H

Great spot for fabulous comfort food. Easy in and out parking, surprisingly, especially for such an incredibly busy intersection. Fantastic friendly wait staff and service. Great cooks. Very clean. Everything you have come to expect from this classic American restaurant.

A Waffle House that is quieter than normal. Great value and a welcomed surprise.....no crashing dishes or screaming orders which is a nice change. The usual great quality and service. Getting to the restaurant is a little tricky. Either going through or behind a gas station.

I had steak & eggs & I liked them. The server was nice. Could have been a tad cleaner, but I fearlessly used the loo.

Bam was and incredible server. Excellent.

I like waffle house but this one was just okay. My bread on the BLT was soggy and real wet for some reason. I could only eat one side of the bread. The waffle was good and the bacon was cooked the way I like it (soft).

Waffle House in Chamblee Brookhaven area on Clairmont rd near 85 & 75 South ramp is by far the bomb, the food is great, clean safe environment, promo service and the management and employees are people friendly. I eat here frequently for a few years and often find myself waiting to get to my area to eat, without a doubt I recommend this waffle House location in Atlanta Metro, see you at the Waffle House.

Favorite place to eat! Great food at a great price!

They treat you like family. They cool people. Food was a godsend. I'm pretty sure they even had salt bae and Gordon Ramsey making the food. It will cleanse your soul.

Ghetto even the manager!!unprofessional and rude wasnt even busy and they were running around with there heads chopped off the server had picked up a waffle with no gloves on i had to walk out NEVER AGAINNNN
